Batch Fueling at Internal Station

The purpose of this routine is to perform multiple simultaneous entries of fillings and other services like oil changes, getting agility in the filling process.

The user must inform in the first level, type of entry, number of the page, station, tank, pump and pump current odometer; in the second level, when the type of filling is Fueling+Lubrication or Lubricant, you must inform the fields contained in Lubricants, as Service 1 Change, service 2 - Refill and Total lubricants. From this information you can start the process of entering filling operations. The user cannot finish the typing if the sum of the total liters and the previous pump odometer is different from the current pump odometer.

The Parameter button is intended to block the entries previously informed in its content, that is, if it has, for example, the date 07/01/2009 and time 08:00, the batch filling routine will not accept entries prior to this date and time.

The Fuel Outflow routine is intended to allow entries of undue fuel outflow, which has the option to report the reasons defined in the routine Outflow Reasons; thus it updates the pump counter when typing the filling operations. If the outflow reason informed is defined to update stock in the Outflow Reason register, it will generate a stock movement (SD3) record to update the stock balance.

Tip:

The MV_NGMNTAF parameter indicates whether taking a fuel pump measurement is required to add a fueling operation, using the same measurement.

Important:

Fields informed in the batch filling when the entry type is \"Filling\":

\"Date\" and \"Time\" in the sheet with a list of fillings in a station within a period, loads the default system date and time, but it can be changed;
\"Entry Type\" can only be \"Filling\" or \"Filling+Lubricant\"; for fillings only, the area field \"Lubricant\" will be disabled;
\"Sheet\" (or invoice) of fillings;
\"Station\" and \"Store\", station code and filling store, must be a internal station and it must have the tank and pump registered.
\"Tank\" and \"Pump\" of the station entered.
\"Previous\" - Loads the previous gas pump counter automatically;
\"Current\" - Enter the current gas pump counter;
\"Total\" - Calculates the difference between the fields \"Current\" - \"Previous\";
\"Entered\" - Sum of the refueling services entered;
\"Difference\" - Difference between the \"Total\" and \"Entered\";

Fields informed in the batch filling when the entry type is \"Filling\" or \"Filling + Lubricant\":

\"Service 1 - Change\" - Enter the service code used for lubricant change (service must be corrective-type);
\"Service 2 - Refill\" - Enter the service code used for lubricant refill (service must be corrective-type);
\"Indicated\" - Total amount of lubricant used;
\"Entered\" - Sum of the refueling services entered;
\"Difference\" - Difference between the \"Indicated\" and \"Entered\";
\"T/R\" - Indicates whether the lubricant was changed or refilled.
\"Driver\" - Code of the driver during refueling.
\"Gauge\" - Totalizes the gas pump counter automatically.

When typing an entry \"Filling + Lubricant\", confirming the batch filling will automatically open a corrective service order for the asset and service defined in the field lubricant, then it ends.
