Late Service Request Warning
This routine triggers electronic messages on late SRs to a specified email. Along with this feature, you can use the MV_NGMNT10 to enter the emails that receive the warning, as scheduled in the Configurator Schedule.
The S.O. is late when its estimated closing date is earlier than the date of the System, while it is not yet terminated and its status is Approved. |
Procedures
To trigger the late service request warning:
| 1. | In Late S.O. Warning, fill out the Email field with the Workflow detour address. |
| 2. | Check and confirm the data. |
