Maintenance

This routine enables the registering of the estimate maintenance for the System control. A maintenance is identified by the union of an asset to a service. In this program, the characteristics of the follow-up to be carried out for the maintenance performance, the last maintenance data, the necessary interruptions and the inputs required to perform the service are indicated.

A maintenance can be controlled by elapsed time, counter, time or counter, whatever occurs before or production.

Production is related to the control by production wastage. When a maintenance is controlled by the counter or productions, it is possible to indicate that the control is performed by another asset counter, that must be part of the same structure.

The user can also indicate if the maintenance needs the asset to be interrupted to be performed as well as if this interruption will be made before or after performing the maintenance. When a maintenance is controlled by a counter or production, the counter fields in the maintenance and increment are mandatory.

The code of 0 (zero) task aims at indicating the consumption of the maintenance generic inputs. For each task it will be possible to allocate different types of inputs such as specialties, specific employees, stock item, tools and third parties. The field Resource Quantity is targeted only to inputs of specialty and tools types, when the user can enter the amount of employees or tools required to perform the task. The field Target is related only to inputs of stock item type.

For a proper maintenance implementation, the user can adopt a previously registered standard maintenance as well as the copy button.

This routine has 4 captions, normal, due, late, inactive.

The green semaphore indicates that the maintenance is normal. When: For maintenances controlled by counter, the asset accumulated counter is smaller than or equal to next maintenance counter minus the tolerance. And for maintenance controlled by time, if the current date is smaller than the next maintenance date minus tolerance.
The maintenance that receives yellow semaphores are due: it happens when the asset counter is between the next maintenance counter minus tolerance (maintenance controlled by counter) or when the current date is between the next maintenance date minus tolerance (maintenance controlled by time).
The maintenance that receives red semaphores are late: it happens when the asset counter is greater than the next maintenance counter plus tolerance (maintenance controlled by counter) or when the current date is greater the next maintenance date plus tolerance (maintenance controlled by time).
The black semaphores are inactive maintenances.

Monitoring - Personnel Management Environment.

In the Personnel Management environment, this routine aims at registering the estimate monitoring. In this program the characteristics of the follow-up to be carried out for executing the monitoring, the last monitoring performed, the necessary interruptions and the inputs required to perform the service are indicated. A monitoring can be controlled by elapsed time, counter, time or counter.

The organization must establish and keep procedures documented to periodically monitor and measure the main features of its operations and activities that might have a significant impact on the environment. These procedures must have the information register to follow up the performance, operational controls and the conformity with the organization goals.

The monitoring equipment must be calibrated and kept; this process registers must be withheld according to procedures defined by the organization.

The organization must establish and keep a documented procedure for periodic evaluation of legislation compliance and pertinent environmental regulations.

Procedures

To add Maintenance:

1. On Maintenance, select the Add.

The system displays the add list, subdivided into folders.

Standard MaintenanceFolder
TasksFolder
DependenceFolder
InputsFolder
StagesFolder
2. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
3. Check the data and confirm addition.

Important:

The validation was implemented to this routine, so the addition of different maintenances with the same Asset, Service and Maintenance Increment is not allowed. This validation can be enabled or disabled through parameter MV_NGCHKIN.
In the field Tolerance Days you need the Preventive Service Order Due Warning.
Through the field Active Task, you can check whether the task is active or inactive. When the task is inactive, it does not generated inputs in the routines that produce preventive SO.
The parameter MV_NGNOVOS defines when a new Service Order is generated. This parameter standard content is 2. It enables the generation of a new SO even if there are open SO when setting this parameter with 1. The system generates a new SO when there is no open SO.

This routine enables the mouse right-click. You can query Maintenance History, Structure Maintenance, Next Date Maintenance, Service Order and Open Manual SO.
In the parameter MV_NGCOFIX the Percentage to calculate the maintenance fixed counter used in Maintenance Plan.
The parameter MV_NGCORPR can be enable to validate the amount of spare parts of the asset when indicating the amount of inputs of the product type.
