Filling Operation per Branch
This report lists, by branch, the filling operations within the period informed in the parameter, listed by: vehicle, code, date, station, driver, miles, number of liters, unit value, filling value, miles travelled, average, expected average, user, city, and cost center. It also totals the liters, filling value, miles travelled and average. When you use the parameter MV_NGCOPER, you must enter the type of operation and bind the cost center of the asset being filled; thus the report also lists the operation. In the report parameter, you can filter by date, branch, asset, classifying by date and you can also choose to calculate miles travelled (Yes/No):
| • | Option Yes = It calculates the miles travelled from the 1st fillings and the grand total. Average calculation is: total of miles travelled / total liters filled – 1st filling liters. |
| • | Option No = It calculates the miles travelled from the 1st fillings and the grand total. General average calculation is: total miles travelled – 1st filling miles / total liters filling – 1st filling liters. |
This report provides the manager with a broad view of all fillings, containing the fleet performance in fuel consumption; it allows to take corrective and strategic measures regarding management.
Expected Average - The System retrieves the information from the Assets register, in the tab Vehicle Additional Information, in field miles/l.
The view screen has 5 buttons:
| • | Search = It allows to search a specific vehicle. |
| • | View = It allows to view the filling in details when you select the assets. |
| • | Parameters = This button allows to change the report parameter for a new view. |
| • | Print = This button prints the report viewed. |
| • | Exit = This button closes the routine. |
Procedures
To print the Report of Filling Operation per Branch:
1. Select Per Branch and enter the Parameters.
The System displays a window with the report parameters.
2. Configure them according to the field help instructions.
3. Check configuration and confirm printing.
