Disciplinary Warnings

This routine displays the warnings generated to the driver from the ticket. Records with red caption refers to tickets that do not generate Disciplinary Warning to the employee and records with blue caption refers to documents generated and therefore the employee has been warned. After generating the Disciplinary Warning using the option Report, the caption automatically changes to blue. This report lists the ticket information: date, place and time of violations, legal basis, provides a small lecture about good driving practices and informs that the event is recorded in the employee's record. This routine is used to manage and warn employees who has received a ticket.

Procedures

To query disciplinary warnings:

1.  Select Disciplinary Warnings.

The System displays the parameter configuration screen.

2.  Place the cursor on the ticket used to generate the warning.

3.  Click the report option to generate the Disciplinary Warning document on screen.

4.  Click Print to confirm report printing.
