Inputs Apportionment
In Asset Maintenance, options Updates \ Repair Shop Control \ Reception Control > S.O. Return, you can view the routine.
The routine apportions the input hours reported per type of tools, labor and third party for different service orders that you can select.
The apportionment is time / number of S.O. selected, where the orders can receive the reports or just finished.
The inputs are divided according to the formula: Time / Number of S.O. Thus each input is divided between the selected service orders, with value no less the 1 minute per S.O.
Procedures
To Apportion a Service Order:
| 1. | In Asset Maintenance module, options Updates\\Repair Shop Control\Assets\Asset, add an asset. |
| 2. | In Updates\\Repair Shop Control\Maintenance\Maintenance, add a maintenance for the asset added in step 1. |
| 3. | In Updates\\Repair Shop Control\Service Order, add two Service Orders: one corrective and another manual, for the asset added in step 1, with status cleared. |
| 4. | In Updates\\Repair Shop Control\\Return\Simplified, click Apportionment and check if the SO added in step 1 are in the browse. |
| 5. | Select the Service Orders and enter an input, which may be labor, tool or third party. Confirm it. |
| 6. | Repeat the steps above and click Finish. |
| 7. | Check that when the window is displayed to enter information about the SO, the field anomaly is requested only for Corrective SO. |
