Document per Licensing State

You can filter this report by: period, branch, State, document number, documents due, overdue or both, documents paid, payable or both. Separated per branch, it displays the following fields: branch, document, issue date, license plate, asset, asset name, state, installment no., payment date, due date, invoice and unit value, totaling the payments according to the parameters.

This report provides a broad view of the expenses with documents per state, measuring the disbursement volume.

In parameter State, when the user is integrated with the TMS (MV_NGMNTMS), it retrieves from the routine Assets the State entered in the field License Plate State in the TMS tab. When not integrated, it retrieves the field License Plate Reg. State in the tab Vehicle Additional Information.

Procedures

To print the report of License Plate Reg State:

1. Select Docs per Issuing State.

The System displays the parameter configuration screen.

2. Configure them according to the field help instructions.

3. Check configuration and confirm printing.
