Importing Good Card
This routine automatically imports the fillings of Good Card agreement, in the Asset Maintenance module applied to Fleet Management.
There are two very important reasons to integrate the Good Card information with other Fleet systems:
| • | To carry out the automatic inflow, replacing the typing, of information of supply and hodometer for the system. |
| • | To make calculations and statistics of supply average, etc., different than the one available in the Good Card system. |
This way, the Fleet Management system enables processes to import, internalize and consist this information that is generated by Good Card.
Import layout of Good Card file for the Fleet Management:
The Good Card agreement layout is composed of 3 types of registration: HEADER, DETAIL and TRAILLER

The value of the ID_reg field is always equal to 200 for the TRAILLER registrations. |
Procedures
1. To automatically import the fillings of Good Card agreement, in the Asset Maintenance module, access the following path:
Updates > Fuel Control > Filling > Import Good Card Agreement
2. The program prompts a warning message concerning the implementation of a backup of TR6 files / tables in use. Confirm processing.
3. The program finds the desired file.
This file must be stored in the server directory. The name of the file to import cannot exceed 20 characters. |
4. The system displays the message Filling File loaded successfully.
This message identifies that the selected file is the correct format.
5. Confirm it.
After importing, the process is the same as the one used in other agreement, that is, you must Consist the Fillings and than Analyze the Consistency of Checking for the records containing errors. |
