SO Schedule
This routine purpose is to enable schedule of service orders for maintenance teams and offer manager of maintenance area a tool to facilitate resources allocation of labor force available in period.
You must enter OS schedule description, code of person in charge of OS schedule (name is automatically filled out by system) start date of program, which must be higher than current date, and final date of schedule.
All schedules performed with options: Search, View, Add, Change or Delete are listed.
Schedule can not be deleted if Base Date is higher or equal to Start Day of Schedule.
In grid all Service Orders according to parameters entered are displayed, it means, pending/released except for Service Orders that do not have inputs foreseen.
Procedures
To add and accomplish SO Schedule:
1. | In SO Schedule select Add. |
System displays screen to add schedule data.
2. | Fill out fields according to field help instruction. |
3. | Check data and confirm them. |
Screen to add SO schedule is displayed divided in areas to better organize information.
4. | On Parameters table, define data for schedule based on this information and system filters schedule of service orders. |
In fields Lubrication SO and Location SO you can add Lubrification SO and Location SO. |
5. | Check information and click Confirm. |
System displays in first grid all SO (preventive, correction or other) with pending or released status.
6. | Select Orders of first grid and click arrow beside to transport for second grid. |
7. | There are two options in first grid: |
Change Date = changes SO foreseen date and you can apply it for other SO in list.
View SO = views details of SO selected.
8. | There are six options below second grid: |
• | Release: releases SO selected or replicates all SO of this grid. You can change date foreseen and changes its status to released. |
• | Print SO: prints SO released. |
• | View SO: views SO released. |
• | Input : Enable to add, edit or delete inputs estimated in the selected SO. |
• | Print Schedule: lists Schedule report with information of SO scheduled and uses labor force resources. |
• | Labor force: displays specialties required to perform SO with quantity of resources to perform each task and quantity of hours foreseen. You can partially program SO by changing field Hours Scheduled. |
9. | In area 5 all resources required Resources to Schedule SO. |
There are four options beside this area:
• | Print Inputs: You can view information in Labor force, Product and Tool screen. |
• | View PR: Opens window to view Purchase Request when product selected has PR related. |
• | Print WR: Displays report with products to perform service orders as far as it has WR related. |
• | Detail Labor force: Displays all service orders scheduled that require the specialty to be selected. You can change fields Technicians/Additional Days and Technicians/Absent Days. This editing is a simulation to help the planner to analyse how many specialists are necessary to be hired to answer the maintenance area needs and for how long as well. This simulation is not saved. |
10. | In area 4 calendar of month selected is displayed and indicates in each day if labor force is enough to perform service orders or if there is service order foreseen for day. |
Click date. You can filter and view only SO of date selected. Confirm SO and they are loaded in first grid.
11. | There are functions to help person performing SO in area 8, such as locate and organize Service Order. |
• | Organize Service Orders: |
Use field Organize SO by: to organize SO of Areas 2 and 3.
Use fields Locate SO: to find SO in Areas 2 and 3. If number entered does not exist, alert message is displayed.
12. Check all information and confirm.
