Service Order - Reform
In this routine you can register Service Order - Reform. It can only be applied to Asset with structure. You can enter maintenance to perform for each component. System opens service order for each component indicated although you have unique view of reform.
In programs related to reform you can analyze reform cost and report reform consumption. System generates history and cost for each component. You can view inputs and stages changed and print summary of operation.
After adding SO of reform, you can change this order of Main Asset and its components or change each Asset individually before confirming it. To select each service order individually, click SO Reform in change or delete.
Procedures
To add Service Order - Reform:
| 1. | In window Service Order, select Add. |
| 2. | Fill out fields according to field help instruction. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm adding. |
System displays screen to select the Assets.
| 4. | In this window, select Inputs. |
Fill out fields according to field help instruction.
| 5. | Check data and confirm adding. |
| 6. | In this window, select Stages. |
| 7. | Fill out fields according to field help instruction. |
| 8. | Check data and confirm adding. |
| 9. | To confirm Service Order - Reform, select Confirmation. |
| 10. | Check data and confirm them. |
