Internal Station
Allow register for the company all Internal Station tanks and respective collection pumps. Tanks will have the following information: fuel type, product code, manufacturer, nominal capacity, maximum capacity, type of installation, diameter and inclination. Pumps are connected to tanks and have the following information: pump code, pump manufacturer, nozzle manufacturer, nozzle diameter, start counter, pump working start date and time , reason and pump counter limit.
Counter limit field is used to make the pump to turn automatically.
Only stations registered by the Station register routine, with type 2 – Internal Station are shown on screen and can be listed as tanks and pumps.
To use the GTFrota system, is required the field Pump have only one digit with value between 1 and 4. The field Tank defines warehouse value (tank is a warehouse). |
Procedure
To perform the registration:
| 1. | On the window Internal Station, select Tank/pumps. |
The add screen is displayed.
| 2. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm the inclusion. |
