Roles
A role is a set of actions or tasks of similar type and level, performed by one or more people skilled or specifically trained for that. The role is directly connected to the nature of the job and to the process required for producing an asset or a service.
This routine registers roles performed by employees of the company. You can choose the role code randomly.
WMS - Warehousing Management module
In WMS module, this routine defines all roles performed by the employee per order of ability. This makes it easier to assign tasks to employees.
APT module - Labor Lawsuit Follow-Up
When integrated with modules SIGAAPT and SIGAGPE, if the claiming party is an employee in the defendant company, you can view data of the claiming party role in the routine Lawsuits.
The Lawsuits routine shows the following role data: Role Code and Role Desc.
Main Fields and Controls
Position
This field is required for modules Personnel Recruitment and Selection, Training and Positions and Salaries to associate a role with a position. This association is used in some routines, such as Salary Surveys, information for Recruitment and Selection etc.
Before associating a role with a position, the positions must have been registered in routine Positions. |
Salary
Enter the salary assigned to the role.
Once you inform a salary bracket in this field, the field Salary from the Employees Register can be automatically updated as soon as the employee role is defined. For that matter, the parameter MV_FUNCARG must be set as F (Role). |

Registering roles:
1. | In Roles, click Add. |
2. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
