Maintenance Plan
You can access this report in Asset Maintenance module in Reports/Plans/Summary of Plan. It displays maintenance plans and enables you to select through SO dates. Its purpose is to view quantity of open, finished, canceled and pending SO, displays plan and its start and end date. With this information manager has overview of quantity of SO per plan and can follow them up.
Procedures
To view the Maintenance Plan summary:
| 1. | Select Maintenance Plan. |
The System displays the parameter configuration screen.
| 2. | Configure them according to field help instruction. |
| 3. | Check configuration and confirm printing of report. |
