Distribution of Service Request

This routine purpose is to allow you to distribute SR by people performing it and inform/change type of service to perform, change description of service and define priority.

According to analysis, after distributing SR you can generate one or many correction and preventive service orders.

If during distribution of service request there is other request for same asset/location with the same service type, you will receive a warning message and you can continue process by not considering it or cancel it.

To generate preventive service order parameter MV_NGSSPRE must be enabled. Enter: Y (Yes) or N (No).

You can only generate several service orders for same service request if parameter MV_NGMULOS is enabled. Enter: Y (Yes) or N (No).

Warning Workflow in a Service Order Release

This functionality aims at warning the person in charge about the release of a Service Order. The workflow is sent to the people in charge by the process in the Workshop according to what is defined in the routine Branch.

The file MNTW215.HTM must be added in the folder according to what is indicated in the parameter MV_WFDIR.

Procedures

To send Alert of Open Service Request:

1.	In Service Request, select Perform List/Work.

2.	Select it and workflow is automatically sent to person performing request.

3.	To correctly send warning, other routines must be previously registered. These routines must be checked in See more.
