Generic Stages
This routine enables the registering of the stages used by the system. The registered stages in this program are generic. Later, they are used in the registrations of standard maintenance and preventive maintenance.
When registering a generic stage, the use can establish that, in the return of the maintenance stage, the program operator can, besides indicating the performance of the stage, enter what was checked during the execution. To indicate what was checked, the user must register the options. In relation to options, a stage:
• | Might not have options. |
• | Indicate that it has several options, but the operator select only one of the presented options in the return. |
• | Indicate that it has several options, but the operator select more than one option. |
In the options registering, the user must enter whether the options enables:
• | Select. In this case, the operator is indicating that the condition related to the stage did not happen. |
Example: Stage ==> Check painting status.
Option 1 ==> Good
Option 2 ==> Regular
Option 3 ==> Bad
In this example, the operator must only select the painting status.
• | Indicating: When the option is selected, the operator must indicate what was found during the performance of the stage. |
Example: Stage ==> Measure Temperature
Option 1 ==> Internal
Option 2 ==> External
In this example, the operator must indicated which internal or external temperature was found. In the options registration, the user can also indicate that determine option return must automatically generate a Maintenance Service Order.
Through the integration with Documents Control environment, the possibility of associating documents in the SO maintenance and printing are available.. |
Example: In case the external temperature is above 30C, a SO must be automatically generated (corrective or preventive). Whenever a generic stage is edited, the program questions the operator on the procedure to be adopted for the standard and maintenance stages.
Measurements - Environmental Management Environment
This routine aims at registering the measurements (checklist) used by the Environmental Management environment. The registered measured in this program are generic. Later, they are used in the monitoring registrations. When registering a measurement, the use can establish that, in the measurement return , the program operator can, besides indicating the performance of the stage, enter what was checked during the execution.
To indicate what was checked, the user must register the options.
