S.O. Release
This program enables to release the maintenance Service Order. Through this alternative, you can release Orders selected for a plan, as well as change original information from the S.O.
Before releasing the Service Order, you can: Preview the Service Order, Delete the Service Order, verify Estimated Cost, inputs (preview/add) and analyze the inputs estimated x changed inputs estimated.
Only the corrective SO are displayed with the Pending status that is not part of the reform SO.
Warning Workflow in the Service Order Release
This functionality aims at warning the person in charge about the release of a Service Order. The workflow is sent to the people in charge by the Workshop process according to what is define in the routine Branch.
The file MNTW215.HTM must be added in the folder according to what is indicated in the parameter MV_WFDIR. |
Procedures
To release a Service Order:
| 1. | In the main window, select option O.S. Release. |
A screen is displayed with all Service Orders to be released.
| 2. | Select the Service Orders to be released. |
| 3. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 4. | Check data and confirm addition. |
