Availability

In this query you can analyze use of labor force available hours. Analysis is performed in determined period and selects cost centers, specialty and employee. Values can be shown in table and chart forms and even printed.

Procedures

To query labor force availability:

1. On window Chart of Hours, select Availability.

System displays screen to enter parameters information.

2. Fill out fields according to field help instruction.

System displays window containing Cost Centers registered.

3. Check data and confirm them.
