Assets Structure

It performs assets structure registration used in the maintenance. Register of structures for System use is not mandatory but is an important resource for a better use of application. Each asset used in structure register must be previously registered. Asset can only be in one structure.

Decomposition of mainframe asset or structure complexity allows you to plan maintenance of component product separately or father asset as a whole. Whenever asset participating in query report is mentioned, father asset of highest level is displayed.

This routine has a change in SIX - Files Indexes aiming at not allowing the addition of a previous record to the counter history adding record.

In the menu, there is the option Axle+Tires - it enables the view of tires applied to the asset and its respective axles. See Axle+Tires Query.

 

Important:

In this routine, parameters MV_NGPNEUS and MV_NGPNEUS must be enabled.

 

Procedures

To add Asset Structure:

1. In Forms Control, select option Add.
2. In the field Code, enter code of father asset in structure. For this asset, components of same structure are entered.
3. In the fields Counter, enter value of counter position when changing structure.
4. In the fields Date of Reading, enter date structure change occurred.
5. In the fields Date of Reading, enter date structure change occurred.
6. If the asset has 2 counter, enter the fields Counter 2, Reading Date and Time according to the field help.
7. Click central area where components will be related.
8. Click Add.

The Component window is displayed.

• In the field Code, enter code of parent asset that is part of the structure.
• In the field Location, enter the parent asset location in the structure.
• In the field Center Cost, enter the center cost inherent to the added asset.
• In the field Work Center, enter the work center of the inherent asset.
• In the field Calendar, enter which calendar your child asset uses.
• In the field Implem. Date, enter the date your child asset is applied to the structure.
• In the field Implem. Time, enter the time the implementation happened in the structure.
• In the field Counter 1, enter the first counter value.
• In the field Counter 2, enter the second counter value.
9. Click OK to confirm.

System returns to structure set screen displaying component registered as main folder sub item.

System allows you to add components for all structure levels by selecting folder.

10. Click Add after selecting folder component to be registered will belong to and then repeat operation to add components.

Structure of main product is set according to components registered for several levels of structure.

11. Repeat operation as many times as you need to completely set structure, until all main and intermediate product components are registered just like all raw materials.

Lower part of window displays option to run functions below:

It confirms the saving of the structure.

cancel

It quits the structure register without saving the structure being created.

 

12. Check structure displayed and confirm addition by clicking OK.
