Notification
Includes a Violation Report that is not considered a Fine yet. It is possible to generate a fine through the Notification using the option Generate Fine. After, the following folder Payment is enabled. When there is integration with module Financials, the fields related to the integration are mandatory and the payment is of Financials incumbency.
When a notification occurs for an asset belonging to category 2 - Freight Integrated to TMS and and the field Region Group is informed, inconsistency is generated if the vehicle is outside the region group to which it is allocated for the trip, so it can be viewed through the Inconsistencies routine.
Procedures
| 1. | In Notification, select Add. |
| 2. | Fill out the data according to the field help instructions and confirm it. |
| 3. | Place the cursor on notification and select Generate Fine. |
| 4. | Click and confirm it. |
