Adding a disease:
| 1. | In the window Medical Record Event, select the Medical Record and click Disease. |
The parameter window is displayed.
| 2. | Select Add. |
| 3. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 4. | Check the data and confirm inclusion. |
