Technical Analysis

This functionality enables you to record the result of the technical analysis made in tires. Tires can only be viewed in this routine if they have the same Status code defined in the system parameter MV_NG1ANAT.

During technical analysis process, you decide the destination of the tires that are under analysis. The person in charge analyzes each tire physically, entering the data obtained in the analysis, defining the tire destination, which will change the status. This person then registers the technical analysis in the system. If the selected destination is set in the parameter MV_NG1ANAT, the routine displays the window to enter the tire new product code if it has a product related in the field Inventory of routine Assets.

Destination can be :

Retread: The tire has the Awaiting Retread  status (MV_NG1ANAT) in the asset register, and can be sent to retreading shops.
Repair: The tire has the Awaiting Repair status (MV_NG1ANAT) in the asset register, and can be sent to either internal repair or registered tire repair shops, through the same functionality used when it is sent to retreading shops.
Inventory of Used Tires: The tire has the Final Inventory status (MV_NG1ANAT) in the asset register, and can be Used again.
Inventory of Retreaded Tires: The tire has the Final Inventory status (MV_NG1ANAT) in the asset register, and can be Used again.
Supplier Analysis: The tire has the Awaiting Supplier Analysis status in the asset register. This supplier analysis can be made in the company. Besides, the tire can also be sent to the retreading shop through the same functionality used when it is sent in lot to retreading shops.

When the tire sent to the supplier technical analysis is returned, you must complement the information by registering the supplier report data, including the percentage of credit the company has with this supplier.

When maintenance is rejected, that is, the tire returned from the supplier without the maintenance requested, you can associate the supplier report concerning the tire condition with this technical analysis. This tire can be sent to other suppliers. In this case, the status is changed again to Awaiting Retread or Awaiting Repair. If rejected by at least two different suppliers, the status can be changed to Service Cancellation .

Scrap: The tire has the Service Cancellation status. The reason for tire scrapping must be entered. The tire becomes inactive in the asset register. The reason for status change can be: a lot of carcass to be remanufactured or vehicle for sale.

In this analysis, the following information is presented: analysis code, code, description, measurement, tread, model, dot, total km, tread km, date of analysis, tire destination (retread, repair, inventory of used tires, inventory of retreaded tires, supplier analysis, scrap, inventory of new tires), reason for destination and its description, groove depth, result, supplier code and description, store code, date of supplier analysis, report code, acceptance (Yes or No), credit percentage, credit value, debit calculation (Yes or No), and notes.

Important:

To enter more than one Status, you must configure the parameter MV_NG1ANAT, separating each status by commas.

To indicate which destinations suffer inflow and outflows in the inventory write-off, set parameter MV_NG1ANAT.
