Actions History

This routine generates and manages the history for each Action taken in the traffic ticket process. It presents the code, description, date and time of the action taken, date and time for action performance, traffic ticket and the status of the actions (pending, taken, canceled).

Procedures

Adding an action history:

1. In the Action History window, select Add.

The Add screen is displayed.

2. Fill out fields according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm the inclusion.
