Irregularities

In this routine you can register irregularity according to asset in determined period. You can enter date, time and origin of irregularity. This information is registered to detect fail tendency. For example: machine turns off periodically, production is out of specification, excessive consumption etc. You can also monitor repetition of services order correction. In this case, it must be monitored by finishing SO correction by informing irregularity code.

Depending on how type of irregularity to receive alert was registered, through workflow Alert of Fail Tendency, you can receive this workflow if it was configured to spread automatically. You can also get this workflow by accessing Updates\Workflow\Alert of Fail Tendency. This workflow is based on information in days of parameter MV_NGALERT. Days entered in this parameter indicates deadline previous to current date of system fail tendency registered in service orders correction must be checked (real date of service order ending) and irregularity occurrences (occurrence date).
