Manual Service Order
Use this routine to manually implant a preventive service order, besides those generated by the maintenance plan. It is normally used when the execution of a preventive SO outside the follow-up period entered in the maintenance register becomes necessary.
The service orders added through this program are considered part of the Maintenance Plan 000001. When the SO is implemented, the program asks the date estimated for the maintenance, treating all inputs, verifying availability and blockages and material allocation.
The SO changing operation is not allowed, but if this procedure is necessary, you must delete the SO in the program of maintenance return and implant it again. In the SO exclusion, this operation is also allowed for the SO generated by the system. Whenever a SO is deleted, the blockages, allocations and provisions of supplies previously informed will be automatically undone.
Warning Workflow in Service Order Release
This feature purports to warn the person in charge that a Service Order has been Released. The workflow is sent to those responsible for the Repair Shop process as defined in the Branch routine.

Procedures
To add a Manual Service Order:
| 1. | In Manual SO window, select the Asset and then select the option Add. |
The addition screen is displayed.
2. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm addition.
4. In maintenance window, the following folders are displayed:

| • | Stage Folder |
5. Click on it and fill out the information.
