Transfer of Assets

It allows you to transfer assets among branches and facilitates assets transactions of same company among its branches. All service orders and pending items of asset, and child in case of structure, must be finished otherwise you can not perform transfer. If asset to be transferred is main asset of structure, all child assets will be transferred to main asset of branch and will form structure of target branch.

When asset is transferred from one branch to other branch, status of asset in origin branch is Transferred and in target branch is Active.

System performs assets transfer among branches if tables below are configured as Exclusive:

If any of tables above is not shared, information in target branch may not be saved because data may not be complete, it means, code corresponding to target branch does not exist or code do not correspond to same information of origin branch.

In inconsistency report issued in the end of process, enter information that was not saved in target branch and help in register review after transfer.
