Occurrence

This routine allows you to register information related to the event of the occurrence involving the asset. Registration is done with the information initially received from the event occurred. The occurrences related to the it can be: accident, incident or theft.

For each occurrence you can report the occurrence number, date, time, event, asset, event type, asset plate, severity, weather conditions, track layout, time of day, traffic flow, location, city , state, interrupted trip, tort confirmed, tow required, description of the accident, the third party escaped, damage to the fleet. If the event involves an animal, it is necessary to register the information in the animal tab; it displays the animal's proprietary information, address, city, state, phone number, animal type, quantity and value.

When the Event of Loss is Theft and the asset is not recovered (Event Loss = Theft, Vehicle Theft? = Yes and Vehicle Recover? = No), the screen will be displayed to inform the date and reason for inactivation. If the asset is the structure's parent, the screen will appear to inactivate the children assets, stating the reason and cause.

Procedures

Adding an occurrence:

1. In the Occurrence window, select Add.

The Add screen is displayed.

2. Fill out fields according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm the inclusion.

 

Important:

After confirming the Occurrence registration, the System sends a workflow to the asset's branch manager. The e-mail address of those responsible is defined by the System parameter MV_NGRESIN - E-mail of those responsible for the occurrence.
