Appeal Results
This report lists the tickets with refund request. It allow to follow up the process when the company files a refund appeal. It provides information such as: receipt date, violation date, vehicle license plate, driver, etc. It also lists information about the refund: reason, current appeal status, payment date, bank payment slip value, discount, paid value, status, and refund value. The System displays the refund value and refund reason per refunded value.
Procedures
To view appeal results:

The System displays the parameter configuration screen.
| 2. | Configure them according to the field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check configuration and confirm printing. |
