Number of Events per Operation
You can filter this report by year, event and event type. Separated by operation, it provides a annual perspective totaling the number of events per month. You can select a single event, that is, the sum of the events can be the total of Accidents, Theft or Incident. It also includes information for analysis such as total and percentage of loss with maintenance, cargo and third party, totaling the sum of losses. For calculation of loss with cargo, it considers the assessed cargo value, less its recovered value; these fields are reported in the routine Occurrence Additional Information, in the Cargo tab, fields Cargo Loss and Recovered Vl.
This report provides a broad view of the losses assessed per operation due to occurrences, allowing to acknowledge the incidences, measuring the percentage and disbursement, in order to take corrective and strategic measures.
To generate this report, the Cost Center of the asset involved must be bind to an Operation.
Procedures
To view the report of Number of Traffic Events per Operation:
1. Select No. Events Oper.
The System displays the parameter configuration screen.
2. Configure them according to the field help instructions.
3. Check configuration and confirm printing.
