Early Scrap Tires
This report lists early scrap tires, totaling by: reason, size, manufacturer or model. The reports lists the life of the early scrap tire and the total of times it has suffered this action, additionally to the total number of tires per branch. From the total number of tires in the branch, the System calculates the percentage of early scrap tires per life. This report provides information for management of tires that went to scrap before planned, allowing to compare the tires.
Procedures
To view early scrap tires:
1. Select Early Scrap Tires.
The System displays the parameter configuration screen.
2. Configure them according to the field help instructions.
3. Check configuration and confirm generation.
