Assets Family
Registering program of assets family that are used by the System.
The family assets in several routines as in the assets register, standard assets, standard structure in the standard maintenance. Through this procedure, the user registers the generic features of each registering, decreasing the task of System implementation.
The reports and queries of the System are obtained by the selection of determined families, enabling a proper analysis of the information of the System.
Example: Buildings, Lathes, Vehicles, etc. You can also run a maintenance plan for assets family selection.
The field Alocate Assets? enables to define whether, in an assets structure in the same location, there is an asset with the same asset family. Example: In the lathes structure, in the DD position, it can accept two assets in the same family and location or if it must accept only one in this location.
The field Asset Trans. enables to define whether an asset can have its cost center or work center changed; but when entering this routine, it serves as facilitator in the assets register. What enables the transaction is what was saved in the field Asset Trans.
The field Var1Lim and Var2Lim enables the validation related to the asset day variation limit for both types of accountants.
Right Click
| • | Asset Family : It displays all the assets belonging to the selected family. |
| • | Family Service Order : It displays all the Service Orders that are with current status as Released and have not been finished of the selected family assets. |
Freight Management
The fields Formula Med1 and Formula Med2 enable to define how the average in queries and reports is calculated and displayed. It can be calculated per 1 – Type/Unit or 2 – Unit /Type.
Monitoring and Measurement - Environmental Management Environment
For the Environmental Management environment, this routine aims at registering the families of the residues and impacts generating source.
The user must indicated to which family the asset belongs to, in the generating source registering.
The System reports and queries are obtained by the selection of determined families. It enables a proper analysis of the Environmental Management. You can also run a generating source family selection plan.
Procedures
Adding an Assets Family:

The system displays the addition screen.
| 2. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check the data and confirm addition. |
