This report issues information on the accounted documents, and it displays the accounting entries ordered by document number.

Requirements

To display the data in the report, the following registers must have been previously made:

• Chart of Accounts
• Manual Accounting Entries or Automatic.

Procedures

Issuing statement by document:

1. Select Stat. by Document, and the routine parameters screen is displayed.
2. Fill out the field, entering the period, lot and documents to be printed.
3. Check the data and confirm.
