E-MAIL SETTINGS
Everything that is configured as global will be applied to all companies registered on the platform. Server Host E-mail sending server address (SMTP). Server Port E-mail sending server port (SMTP). Default port is 25. Security (TLS) When enabled, allows using TLS in SMTP connection. If the e-mail server uses TLS, enable it. After enabling the feature, ON is displayed, indicating that the feature is active. When that feature is disabled, OFF is displayed. Authentication When enabled, allows using authentication when sending e-mail. If the e-mail server requires authentication through username and password, enable this option. After enabling the feature, ON is displayed, indicating that the feature is active. When that feature is disabled, OFF is displayed. User User login used to authenticate the e-mail server. Password Password used to authenticate the e-mail server. E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS
All notifications via e-mail When enabled, it determines that all notifications by e-mail will be sent with the sender added in the field "Sender’s e-mail address", both regarding the product (with user interaction) and the system. After you enable the feature, ON is displayed, indicating that the feature is active. When that feature is disabled, OFF is displayed. Default sender When enabled, it determines that notification e-mails will be sent by a default sender. When this feature is not enabled, the sender is the e-mail address that was set for the company. After you enable the feature, ON is displayed, indicating that the feature is active. When that feature is disabled, OFF is displayed. Sender’s e-mail address E-mail address to be considered as the default sender for sending notifications, when the option "Default sender" is enabled. Name of the sender Default sender’s name for sending notifications by e-mail when the option "Default sender" is enabled. Bundle e-mails to send When enabled, e-mails to be sent are bundled and triggered every 2 seconds. When disabled, each e-mail will be triggered individually, which can be blocked by services such as Gmail in large amounts.
