Purpose

This requisite provides automatic progresses directly in SIGAJURI. Clients must contract this service from TOTVS.

In order to work, this routine also requires configuring the Period in the Schedule (CFGA010), by entering and/or substituting, in field Routine, the content of parameters 99 and 01 for: 99 = Company Code; 01 = Branch Code.

Mental Map

See below how this routine operates:

  1. When you access the routine, see the screen Wizard displayed with information on the configurations to be made.
  2. To continue, click Next.
  3. In the following screen, select one or more options that define the existing lawsuits and that you must register in the TOTVS monitoring service.
  4. When you are done, click Next.
  5. Now all Legal Matters configurable for automatic progress are displayed.
  6. Configure the fields needed and click Next.
  7. A summary is displayed onscreen with the configurations you have set.
  8. Click Finish to save the configurations and the selected lawsuits already registered, which are added to the automatic receipt of progresses.
  9. The system displays the screen of the successfully completed process.
  10. Click Close.
