Integration Protheus x TOP - TOTVS Works and Projects

 

Integration between Microsiga Protheus® (TOTVS DBACCESS) and RM Solum enables data exchange between ERP Protheus and RM Corpore Solum module.

This integration enables the exchange of some information between Solum from RM Corpore with the modules SIGACOM, SIGAPMS, SIGAFAT and SIGAADV from Microsiga Protheus®.

All projects and associated structures, requirements for material, and contract measurement are added and controlled by RM Solum. Hence, once projects are integrated between the systems, SIGAPMS (module of Microsiga Protheus® Project Management) is disabled, and RM Solum is then the only way for control. Thus, the project integrated with Microsiga Protheus® is only for control and reference.

Integration starts when data of main registers are added into Microsiga Protheus® and saved in RM Solum. This integration is through Stored Procedures, installed on Solum database and executed by the routines of Microsiga Protheus® back office.

Important:

To make the operation easier, Customer and Supplier must be registered through Financials module, and Cost Center, Payment Term, Unit of Measurement, Products, Currency/Quotation through Inventory module of Microsiga Protheus®. In the other modules, integration of these registers is disabled.
