To make calculation of this tax effective, the following conditions must be observed:

• Customer must be a Gross Income Tax Withholding Agent (Parameter MV_AGENTE, position 8 = Y and parameters MV_ISIALQ1, MV_ISIALQ2 and MV_ISIALQ3 must have rates according to ISI Multilateral Agreement, being within or outside the city.
