This report issued a certificate with IR withholding value, concerning the 4th Category withholding.

The Annual Certificate of Income and Withholding by Fourth Category Income is printed by suppliers, obeying the base-year informing in the setting parameters during the printing.

The certificate displays the sum of purchases issued and withholding of income of the fiscal year and that were paid during the year, as well as the sum of purchases and withholding of income issued in the fiscal year.

Requirements

Before issuing the report, you must:

• Register information of the person in charge of the signing of the Certificate in the Signee Register routine, so that it is selected during the printing
• Enter rate values, net base and minimum value of income tax in the Class Register routine.

Procedures

Issuing IR Withholding certificate:

1. In IR Withholding Certificate, click Parameters.

A screen is displayed with report parameters.

2. Configure them according to field help instructions.

3. Check data and confirm them.
