This routine provides the report of ITBIS (Tax on Transfer of Goods and Services) Withholding Letter, enabling you to print it through the levy on payment of service and goods purchase based on the law and rules issued by tax authorities.

The control of ITBIS Withholding evaluates bills payable to suppliers and selects them for write-off. Generates TX tax bills in the portfolio of accounts payable and Tax Withholding table (SFE). Enables you to print the withholding certificate through a financial bill.

Requirements

To print the report of ITBIS Withholding Letter, you must:

• Register the tax in Tax Config. with Withholding and Taxable Event with Write-off
• Enter the Class.
• Have a bill in Accounts Payable issued in the Payment Order.

Procedures

Issuing ITBIS withholding letter:

1. In ITBIS Withholding Letter, click Parameters.
2. Configure them according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm them.
