This report issues the Withholding Book for natural person, listing the income tax withholding within the month entered.

Requirements

Before issuing the report, you must:

• Register a Class that generates income tax;
• Register a Book Retention and enter the type of document (field Type of Tax folder) and the number (field RG/Ced. Extr. of Register Folder);
• Add Inflow Invoices, informing the Nature that calculates income tax;
• In Payment Order, automatically pay the bills generated from the inflow invoices.

Procedures

Issuing Income Tax Withholding Book:

1. By selecting Income Tax Withholding Book, the System displays a screen with the report parameters.
2. Enter the information according to the field help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm.
