The purpose is to integrate Protheus CRM with Neoway SSIM, allowing the import Suspects, Prospects and Customers data from queries using this tool.

With these data on the Protheus database one can plan the contacts of the sales team directly from Protheus.

To access data it is necessary to have a contract with Neoway that provides a user and password to access its database.

The files have the .csv extension and are imported into Protheus using the MILE tool by this routine.

Procedures

1. To Import Possible Customers access the routine.

2. The Wizard screen is displayed with an explanatory message, then click Next.

3. On the next screen notice the fields:

Target Entity: Define the desired entity.

a) Suspect

b) Prospect

c) Customer

Sales Representative: enter the name of the sales representative or use the option on the right to search.
CNAE File: enter the file path or use the option on the right to search.
Partner File: enter the file path or use the option on the right to search.

4. Click Next.

5. The following message is informative to quantify the records found for import. If you want to start importing confirm YES.

6. By confirming, a screen is displayed at the bottom of the page requesting await the completion of the process, identified by a progress bar.

7. Click Confirm. At the end of the processing, the wizard screen displays the target entity, the sales representative and the summary of the uploaded files for import.

8. Click Finish. The information imported according to the selection made are available on the Protheus database.
