To ensure the safety of information and confidentiality of data, a roles mechanism configuration was created. It determines the entities the user using the functionality has access.

The roles definition is performed through a register screen relating the contexts and the routines to Protheus users group or to specific users according to access profile. For example: If the users group is sales, you can create a specific role for this group, releasing the access to routines the group has permission.

Procedures

1. Access Administration/Profile 360/User Roles.

2. Click Add.

3. Fill out the fields:

You can add users and groups in the same role.

4. Click Save.

Account Tracker

The functionality tracker of the standard product enables you to view the transactions associated to the placed event in details.

The access to this resource is made through System Tracker or Track options in the routines providing this query.

For CRM, some entities are added and they enable the analysis of dependencies between the sales stages, starting in an opportunity. When placing an opportunity record, business proposal, sales order or invoice, the following view is made available:


  1. To use this functionality, access: Updates/Sales/Accounts/Accounts.
  2. Place the customer line, then click Other Features/Profile 360/Queries/Account Tracker.
  3. All stages related to CRM and Sales for selected customer are displayed.
  4. Click the record and select View option.
  5. A screen related to the selected record is displayed.

 

Example:

When clicking the Customer Suspect, the view of the Suspect routine is displayed for the selected code.
