The Profile 360 is a functionality aiming at obtaining the interactions of determined account, concentrated in a single location, through the capture of data from several account interaction points with other entities, processes and actions in a company.
The main purpose of this routine is to provide a full view of the account through the grouping of data from several contact points with a customer or prospect. Therefore, it provides quick access to information related to account, aiming at making business decisions easier and strengthening the relationship through a full view of the account status.
The Profile 360 concentrates all routines related to the account, subdivided in contexts.

After selecting the context Sales in the menu Customer/Other Actions/Profile 360/Sales, the executive has access to the following entities:
Specific Entities
In Profile 360, customized routines can be added or routines from other modules as well, from the name and nomenclature of table (alias).
The addition of customized routines or other modules routines is performed through a register screen with the following items: customized routine name, name of function the routine is run, table nomenclature and type of function (Protheus Standard, Report, Query or users (customization)).
For customized routines or other modules, you can define the roles the same manner the standard routines.
