Microsiga Protheus® configures the System Administrator Password as " " (blank) in advance for the initial system access. This way, the System Administrator is responsible for changing his own password and attribute passwords to other users by establishing which operations and environments they can access.
The Administrator password can only be changed through the Configurator Module.
Through his password, the user may (or may not) register the daily exchange rates when he first accesses the system.
Procedures
To change the Administrator Password:
3. Click on the Occupational Relationship folder. In this folder, the administrator can restrict the access of employees to the system, according to their status in the payroll.
Besides enabling monitoring of payroll status, the administrator must set the link between the user and an employee registered through the HR environments (Employees Tables - SRA). This must be done during the configuration of password for each user, Occupational Relationship folder.
The following statuses can have restricted access:
4. Check the payroll statuses that must have their access disabled.
When this treatment is enabled, if a user with a monitored payroll status tries to access a Microsiga Protheus® environment, a warning message will be displayed and the system, closed.
5. Click the Online Panels folder. In this folder, the administrator must select the online panels to be used in the panel server, configured through the TOTVS Application Server (TOTVS Wizard) Configuration.
6. Click the Offline Panels folder. In it, the administrator must select the offline panels to be made available to the user.
7. Check and confirm the entry.
