Incoterms - International Commercial Terms is the standard set of definitions that determines neutral practices and rules in order to define, in a contract of international sale and purchase, the rights and obligations of exporter and importer.

Incoterms aims at providing a set of international rules to interpret usual commercial terms most used in international affairs. Thus, it avoids uncertainties about different interpretations that those terms may have in different countries.
