Purchase requests are classified as follows:

  Pending Request

The request was made, but it is awaiting authorization in order to make the order.

 Purchase Request Fulfilled

The purchase request was already fulfilled and the purchase order was already made.

 Purchase Request Fulfilled (P)

The purchase request was partially fulfilled and the purchase order was partially made.

 Request in quotation process

The quotation process for the purchase request was already started. After obtaining the result of the quotations, you can authorize the request.

 Purchase Request Blocked - Approval Option

The purchase request was registered. However, the requester did not have rights for such inclusion.

 Purchase Request Rejected - Approval Option

The purchase request was rejected by the approver.
