Use it to list files external to the system during a Quotation Update or Quotation Analysis.

When you activate this option, select the object (file) that is previously registered (or which you can register using the Wizard option) and click Save. Thus, the Knowledge Base lists the files with information in the database, making them available for system queries, if needed.
