The purchase order is automatically sent to TSS (TOTVS Service Sped) when one of the options below is selected:

• Add: When adding an order, fill out the item and header fields. By confirming the purchase order saving, the document is sent to be approved by the representatives of the approval group (if the company has the Jurisdiction Control implemented). After approval, the purchase order is automatically sent to TSS (TOTVS Service Sped).
• Change: By confirming the purchase order change, the document is sent to be approved by the representatives of the approval group (if the company has the Jurisdiction Control implemented). After approval, the purchase order is automatically sent to TSS (TOTVS Service Sped).
• Resend Collaboration: This option enables the purchase order to be sent again electronically without making a new inclusion when the processing of purchase order dispatch message is failed.
