Partnership Contract can be used in the project management to speed up deliveries, confirming the tasks established in the project.

For this integration to happen, the following parameter must be configured:

If configured with Y (yes), there is integration between the environments Purchase and Project Management, enabling Project Management in the Add window of Partnership Contract in order to enter data concerning the project.

Otherwise, there is no integration and this option is not available.



Procedures

Configuring project management in the Partnership Contract:

  1. To enter Partnership Contract data, click Project Management.

A new window is displayed to enter project data.

2. Fill out data according to field help instructions, paying special attention to the following field:

Generate AE?

3. Enter here if there is binding between the Partnership Contract item and the project, to generate automatic delivery authorizations, from the task confirmation registered in the project.

4. Check data and confirm them.

The Add window of Partnership Contract is returned.
