In this registry, enter the expenses resulting from transport trips/vehicles, used to ascertain transport costs.

The Utilization Cost field configured with: 1 = Yes, when rendering accounts the System requests the number of the trip or the vehicle code (mandatorily). These are petty cash operations. 2 = No, when rendering accounts the System does not requests the number of the trip or the vehicle code. |
Procedures
To register countries:
1. In Expenses, select the Add option.
The Transport Expenses - Add window is displayed.
2. Complete data according to field help instructions.
3. Note that the fields below must be filled out correctly:
Inventory Control
This field indicates the transport expense moves inventory. The transport expense with inventory control is only registered by the Inflow Document, In-house, and In-house (Mod. 2).
Example: The Fueling type expense can update inventory. If this field is completed with a Yes, to enter a fueling expense, in the Transport Cost Movement, you need to create an inventory requisition.
Banking Turnover
This field indicates the transport expense produces financial turnover in the Accounts Payable (Financial environment). The transport expense with banking turnover can only be registered by the Trip Complement.
Example: The Freight Advance type expense can create an AP type (Advance Payment) bond, to be cleared with the other bonds payable.
Use Cost
Identifies whether the system must produce, or not, transport cost. When this field is configured to not produce cost, no vehicle or trip is demanded when rendering transport accounts. It can be completed with:
1 (Yes) - when rendering accounts, the system demands a trip number or vehicle code. These are petty cash operations.
2 (No) - when rendering accounts, the system does not demand a trip number or vehicle code.
4. Check and confirm data.
