The DIOPS is a Periodic Information Document from the Health Care Plan Cooperatives, generated by the DIOPS routine,  that must be periodically sent to ANS.

The information that is part of this document is: registration charts, management charts, statement charts and general information. This document aims at enabling DIOPE (ANS) to control, monitor, and follow up cooperatives.



Diops – Accounting Data

The completion of Trial Balance Worksheets (Asset Balance, Liability Balance, Income Balance, and Expense Balance) has some peculiar features. The first one is the Classification and Description of each account must follow the standard defined by ANS in the standard Chart of Accounts according to RN136 available in the ANS site.

Each type of XML file generated is composed of data from some worksheets of XLS file (default sheets). Below you can see information about worksheets that must be entered to delivery each one of the tree types of information.

  1. The registration data are generated from the spreadsheets: Registration Data, Administrators, Representative, Shareholders, Controlled, Dependencies.
  2. The financial data are generated from the spreadsheets: Registration Date, Linked Assets, Cash Flow, Balance Age, Profits or Losses, Asset Balance, Liability Balance, Income Balance, Expense Balance.
  3. The insurance additional data are generated from the spreadsheets: Registration Data, Net Assets and Solvency.

The statement chart is composed of: Linked Assets, Cash Flow, Balance Age, Profits or Losses, Asset Balance, Liability Balance, Income Balance, Expense Balance.

Asset Balance, Liability Balance, Income Balance, and Expense Balance.

Purpose: Inform ANS the account monetary values.

Values are entered in Reais (R$) and they correspond to the account balance, calculated in the quarter under consideration.



Procedures

To generate DIOPS:

1. Access the system Management Account and in Chart of Accounts, add or delete all the ledger accounts in order to follow the standard chart of accounts defined by ANS.

2. In the field Diops define the accounting classification for each account, according to the options: 1-Asset, 2-Liability, 3-Revenues, 4-Expenses.

If the ledger account does not have information about o Diops field with the right classification defined by ANS (Asset, Liability, Income, or Expenses), it is not added to the file generated (.XML).

3. In the Management Accounting and for the file generation use, access the Management View routine and add a Management View for Profits and Losses (according to ANS standard definition, with sequential number up to 500).

4. In Record Configuration, add a Record of Profit and Loss (PL Record).

You define the record name and the code given to it.

5. Access theHealth Care Plan system, then Health Cooperative, fill out information from the DIOPS folder, according to field help

6. Select ANS Information folder and double-click the browser.

The system displays the window ANS Information - Add.

7. Fill out other data according to your preference and confirm them.

8. Click OK to finish Cooperative register change.

9. Access the system Fixed Asset and the routine Assets.

This register must have at least one record to generate XML file with assets information.

10. If there is no asset registered, perform the addition, according to field help

11. Note that Assets inclusion window is separated by folders.

12. To export Fixed Assets data correctly in XML file, you must access the folders, Health and Real State, and fill out the fields requested.

13. After completion, check data and confirm them.

14. Return to the system Health Care Plan and access the DIOPS routine.

15. Select the option Parameters and set them according to field help Note, however, how the following questions are filled out:

The.INI .INI files must be saved in the folder System of installation in order to find them.

16. File is generated with .xml extension, which is saved in the location entered in the parameters.
