This program recalculates entries concerning third-party possession, analyzing purchase and sales invoices.

Invoices generated for third-party possession are classified concerning the field Third-Party Possession of the TIO used.

This routine updates fields of physical and financial balance file and balances in third-party possession file, according to the TIO entered in the invoice.

Procedures

Adjusting the Recalculate Third-Party Possession:

1. In Recalculate Third-Party Possession, a screen is displayed describing the routine.
2. Read the screen and confirm the operation.

Files are updated, having their integrity analyzed and the third-party possession, if necessary, recalculated.

Thus, the amount of products in third-party possession or the products of third parties in our possession are reevaluated and analyzed, enabling the generation of query reports.

3. Click Parameters and define the content of the fields.

4. Check data and confirm them.
